ILLINOIS TESTING SERVICES, INC offers
a full range of Radiographic Testing
(R.T.) options. Our Schaumburg Laboratory includes a fully equipped vault for performing
in-house Gamma radiography. Specializations include difficult geometric configurations and uncommon materials. Our extensive
experience in all facets of industrial radiography, enables us to customize procedures and techniques to solve a wide variety
of product quality problems. The in-house vault is supported by automatic processing, for fast and consistent turn-around,
and a fully eqipped viewing room. A full set of reference standards is maintained to ensure interpretation and analysis conform
to the required standards.
MOBILITY
When project and manufacturing demands necessitate on-site
or in-plant testing, ILLINOIS TESTING SERVICES, INC is able to respond with our fully equipped mobile darkrooms. Vehicles
are fitted with portable Gamma cameras, complete film processing and viewing facilities, and include power generators and
water supplies for fully independent operation.

recognizes that the quality of our service is primarily dependent on the skills and abilities of our test technicians. For
this reason, our personnel are trained in-house, (by our full-time teaching staff), to ensure they meet not only the standards
of SNT-TC-1A, AMS-STD-2175-03 (all classes and grades), API 1104, and ASME, but are able to comply with the more rigorous
requirements of our in-house QA program. Our key technicians are full-time employees, to ensure consistency of service.

Emergencies never occur when you expect them, that`s what makes them emergencies.
Our key personnel can be contacted by cellular phone around the clock. Twenty-four hour call-out service is available seven
days a week. We give you the assurance that we will be there when you need us.
